- Specify the “Marketing Engine” - What is the Marketing Strategy for getting the business going?
- Support you in drawing up a BUSINESS PLAN
- Create Financials for the first 12 months
- Look at business protection in all aspects as well as savings.
- Create a “Money Map” for the business
- Brainstorm where the business should be – 3, 6 and 12 months
- Look at an “IDEAL” Business Model
- Discuss and ratify the “Four Ways to Grow a Business”
