
David Butterfield is a trainer and consultant, with many years experience of developing partnerships with organisations (public and private sector) across the UK, helping them grow their “bottom line” results. David has been in the business of improving performance for organisations and individuals for over 20 years, with a particular focus on developing talent and increasing employee engagement levels, always with the main priority of delivering significant ROI (Return on Investment).

In addition to his training and consultancy work, David is also Chair of Trustees with Lindley Educational Trust, an organisation helping disadvantaged young people to achieve their full potential. He is passionate about helping organisations to adopt CSR programmes (Corporate and Social Responsibility) and is able to use his links with Lindley to facilitate this.
